HADLEY looks an awful lot like MIKA
HADLEY's appearance: Brown hair, brown eyes, about 5'9.
HADLEY's past: Hadley was raised by parents who believed in the concept of “free-range” children. Basically, they didn’t really care where Hadley was or what he was up to, so naturally he got himself into some trouble quite a few times. He could usually get out of it with some quick thinking and smooth talking. He found trouble to be a lot more interesting than following the rules, and when there were consequences they never bothered him much, so he developed a taste for excitement over silly things like “safety” or “morals.”
If there was a single person in the entire world that Hadley truly cared about, it would be his younger sister, Solange. Due to their parents’ hands-off style, Hadley usually ended up responsible for her well-being. It was the one responsibility he actually took seriously, including being the Earalas overloridian.
Hadley hadn’t known he was destined to be the overloridian, as his parents had never told him. When he settled at sixteen and found out the truth, a whole world of possibilities for entertainment opened up for him.
HADLEY's present: Hadley only cares about things that interest him, which doesn’t always include the responsibilities of running an Eilemaiden. He puts in the minimum amount of work to keep the people happy, but beyond that spends his days trying to stave off his worst enemy; boredom. His favorite sources of amusement include the other overloridians.
Hadley hides his apathy for most things behind a charming, if somewhat snarky, persona. While never actively malicious, he will get a bit devious if the situation warrants it. In the end, his only goal is to have fun, and he’ll do what it takes to make that happen.
Hadley doesn’t really talk to his parents anymore, but keeps in regular contact with Solange, whom he is quite protective of.
